My progress is slow.... but it is still progress. A few days ago, my husband had a friend come in town and we went out to eat. I ordered a steak and broccoli. I stayed away from the bread and the salad. I may have eaten more than my 4oz and I am sure the broccoli had butter on it so I felt like I cheated! But at least it was only a little cheat. I still lost the next morning :) -.4
Yesterday was a hard work day. I was working on a huge project that worked out my whole body so I ate almost twice as much protein that night to help with all of the calories I burned that day. I was worried about gaining. I did gain but only +.2 so I guess I am happy with that.
I am going to have an apple day today so lets see if that will give me a jump start.
