I am so glad to be done with loading! I couldn't eat another bite!
Today is my first day of VLCD and I am doing fine. I don't really feel that hungry. I felt nauseous and dizzy for a minute after my shot this morning but it passed quickly. I can't wait to see how much I will loose in the morning.
